With spring in the air, everything is starting to look fresh and cheerful. Flowers are starting to bloom, bees are buzzing, even the birds sound chirpier!

But what does your living room look like? Does it reflect a light and bright spring or is it still warm and cozy (a leftover from winter)?

If your room is still stuck in winter then there is an easy solution to bring it in spring – decorate with slipcovers. Slipcovers are a cheap and easy solution to instantly changing your furniture and the look of your room without having to spend a fortune.

For spring choose some brighter colors – florals are a good choice for brining in the spring feel to a room but if you are not really a ‘flowery’ person, their are heaps of abstract flower prints that give you that spring feel without the obvious flowers. Alternatively, neutral colors in natural looking fabrics will give your room an earthy feel which is also appropriate for spring.
